Certified Document Translations

We utilize federally recognized and certified translators from accredited national directories in both Canada and the United States. The importance of working with an accredited and federally recognized translator is proven to avoid legal disputes, costly mistakes, retranslation and embarrassment!

We do not use “machine translation”, we work with skilled and certified professionals. We advocate the use of industry tested technical tools to enhance quality, research terminology and build lexicons of corporation-specific jargon.

Accredited Interpreting

We are strong supporters of working with interpreters who have experience, are specifically skilled with an emphasis on court approved accreditation. We are experts on the various levels of provincial and federally recognized accreditation and where those specific certifications are required.

Accreditation is your litigation safety-net. As with document translation, we meet the standards set forth by the Ministry of the Attorney General, Immigration and Refugee Board, Ministry of Citizenship as well as government recognized community interpreting certificates and certifications. Chaperones & Party Witnesses

The Chaperone has become a necessity in the insurance and legal industries. Chaperones act as completely impartial third-party witnesses or observers during physical and mental health examinations. Not only do they protect you and your file, they add another level of support during the most sensitive situations where confidentiality and comfort are essential for a successful assessment for both the assessor and the patient. Chaperones are used regularly for medico-legal assessments. In such a litigious world, the Chaperone is an integral layer to your litigation safety-net.
